As a woman in science and business, Dr. Alavi didn't inherit resources or receive venture funding. She built everything herself through 18 years of hard-earned expertise, starting as a Research Scientist at Harvard Medical School and advancing to Director of R&D and Director of Sales. Every client relationship, every partnership, every system—she created it through strategic execution and unwavering commitment.

Dr. Maryam Alavi transforms breakthrough healthcare innovations into successful commercial products. Holding a Ph.D. in Regenerative Medicine, with research experience at Harvard Medical School and Stony Brook University, and an MBA in Healthcare, she bridges the gap between scientific discovery and business success.

As a former Manufacturing Manager, Director of R&D, and Director of Business Development, Dr. Alavi has successfully guided multiple healthcare and wellness products from concept to market—building strategic partnerships with leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies along the way.

David Esposito, MBA

Strategic Advisor

David is an experienced healthcare executive who has led, built and scaled multiple companies that resulted in successful exits to strategic buyers. His experience in life sciences helps clients navigate the complexities of leading and communicating across all sizes and stages of healthcare innovation. Currently, David is CEO of ONL Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative treatments to protect and improve vision in patients with serious retinal diseases and conditions. David began his healthcare career at Merck & Co. Inc. where he rose through the ranks of sales, marketing and commercial strategy for the US Division. 

He is also a combat veteran who led an infantry platoon with the 101st Airborne Division through several combat operations, and was recognized with a Bronze Star for combat action in Iraq in 1991.
