My adventure started with an exciting leap—I moved to the United States in my early twenties, igniting a journey across the country that took me from the vibrant West Coast to the bustling East and down to the sunny South. Each move opened doors to new educational and professional opportunities.

Adjusting to a new culture without my family nearby was challenging, but it became a powerful learning experience. I learned the importance of resilience and active listening, skills that allowed me to forge strong connections with friends and colleagues. These relationships were vital, providing support and enriching my life significantly.

My love for science fueled my dedication, keeping me engaged in the lab from dawn till dusk, including weekends and holidays. Initially, my dream was to discover new frontiers in BioPharma and biotechnology and to inspire students as a leading academic in my field. I wanted to contribute through groundbreaking research. While I achieved success and became a recognized figure, I realized that true fulfillment came from a different source.

This realization came into sharper focus as I noticed how everyone around me thrived when they felt supported and valued. I also saw many scientists and leaders, including myself, struggle with depression, bullying, and harassment at work. Seeing and feeling this pain made it clear that we needed to change how we act. This inspired me to start dreaming about BiotechNmed Coaching and Consulting Company, a venture born out of a desire to cultivate a more supportive and authentic work environment.
