Dr. Maryam Alavi has spent nearly two decades across biotechnology research, manufacturing, product development, quality systems, business development, and healthcare commercialization.
Her career began in research and scientific discovery. Over time, she saw a recurring problem: brilliant ideas were not reaching the market because founders lacked the structure, technical guidance, commercialization strategy, and execution pathway needed to turn innovation into real products.
