BioTechNmed specializes in education and training. We do not offer business opportunities, “get rich quick” schemes, or money-making systems. All content is protected intellectual property, and any unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Program Enrollment
Payment Terms: All program fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. Upon enrollment in our programs, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. You waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.
Program Access: Upon enrollment, you receive access to program materials, coaching sessions, and resources as outlined in your specific program agreement. Access may be revoked for violation of program terms.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through Launch Lab programs including training modules, worksheets, templates, and coaching materials is proprietary to BiotechNmed LLC and protected by copyright laws.
You May Not:

Record coaching sessions without explicit written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate program termination without refund and potential legal action.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate information during enrollment and program participation
Attend scheduled coaching sessions or review recordings
Complete assignments and implement strategies taught in the program
Maintain confidentiality of other program participants' information
Comply with all program rules and professional conduct standards
Results Disclaimer
